To avoid being charged 100% late cancellation fee, please give a 48 hour notice.Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I missed opportunity to fill the appointment time and clients that have been on my waiting list miss opportunity to receive a service. I understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to me and my other clients by canceling 48 hours prior to your appointment. if you cannot do so then you will be charge 100% late fee. To cancel your appointment please do so on this site. When you book an appointment with me, that appointment time is exclusively for you. Cancellations within the time stipulated in my cancellation policy will allow me to allocate this space to someone else without it affecting our ability to operate. Also, please note if you are running late you may have your services time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment and fail to give the 48 hours notice, 50% will be taken as a late cancellation fee.Last minute cancellations or “No Shows” will be charged a cancellation fee each time.
